Ocean Material Services, Inc. (OMS) was formed in 2008 as a Texas corporation. OMS is the successor company to Lee's Material Services, Inc. (LMS) that was closed in 2008 subsequent to the untimely passing of Mr. Robert 'Bob' Lee in 2007. Mr. Lee had owned and operated LMS for 25 years as an procurer / supplier, international air freight forwarder, and ocean freight forwarding company at 5810 Star Lane in Houston, Texas. Bob was well known in the industry and around the world for good service.  Much of that valuable staff experience that was within LMS is now at the new OMS as many of the same personnel now work at OMS.
